My daughter (17) was life flighted to Harborview, I was in Tucson, AZ. I arrived seven hours after she did. Absolute top notch, wonderful care. I am soooo happy right now.

I am writing a corrected review regarding Harbor View Medical Center. Had an issue regarding my insurance coverage they were paying for which they stopped but when I needed to get coverage in Idaho where I live I had to get documents from them so I could get coverage at a set rate or I was going to be charged an amount that would be difficult for me to pay. I notified the financial assistance department and Katrina helped me to get a personal letter I required from Harbor View to get my coverage at an affordable price. Docs and nurses are great and the admin depts will and do help you out with what they can.

Outstanding treatment by the entire staff! I spent 10 days in ICU after a motorcycle accident. The entire staff took such good care of me, i feel they saved my life!

Never had a good experience, never known anyone who had even a halfway decent experience, a couple nights ago was the last straw. My best friend, who is very ill and whose body is shutting down, went to the ER with new symptoms looking for answers and help. The staff were obscenely rude to him and the doctor, the actual DOCTOR freaking YELLED AT HIM and told him "we're not giving you any pills" when NOT ONCE did he ever ask for new medication or any medication at all to begin with. He has more pills than he knows what to do with and these jerks had the audacity to ASSUME he wanted more and shamed him for something he wasn't even doing. They should be ashamed and the doctor who yelled at him should have his medical license stripped. He's homeless and dying from a rare disease that Harborview brushed off as "faking" or "mental illness" for 2.5 years until a *real professional* figured out what was wrong. His issues are well-documented, and have been piling up because these idiots are focused solely on symptom control instead of actually addressing his health issues, which has only caused more side effects and symptoms. He's dying a slow and agonizing death and instead of treating him, they treat only his symptoms and then verbally abuse him for trying to get real help. It's like they want him to die. This "hospital" should've been shut down a long time ago. Oh and I was sent here in an ambulance after being hit by a car 13 years ago, they ran tests and took x-rays and determined nothing was wrong, every medical professional I've seen since then agrees that that clean bill of health was a load of bull. I tell everyone I know to stay far far away.

My husband was treated with respect when he was in the hospital for six months back in 2014. Didn't think to write a review until now. Great food. Great company.
